Timothy Kiewel is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in managing information systems and technical support. Currently serving as IT Manager and Senior Business Systems Technical Analyst at Century Federal Credit Union since December 2018, Timothy oversees Fiserv Datasafe and implements automated processes using ISE scheduler and Automate by HelpSystems. Previously, Timothy held the position of IT Administrator at CrossCountry Mortgage, Inc., where expertise in Salesforce for database administration was provided. Earlier experience includes a role as Site Supervisor at Canon Business Process Services, managing daily operations at AIG, and as Lead Technician at Ascend Computing LLC, overseeing operations at major clients such as AIG, Honeywell, and Wells Fargo. Timothy holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree from State Fair Community College.
