Pedro Pinto is the Presidente do Centro para a Economia e Inovação Social since April 2023 and serves as CISO and Network Administrator at Politécnico da Guarda since October 2005, overseeing various technical services and infrastructure related to data and communications. Pinto holds multiple roles including Cisco Instructor at Cisco Networking Academy and trainer at the Cybersecurity Academy of the Centro Nacional de Cibersegurança. Currently involved with UNITA and the Interreg Espanha-Portugal (POCTEP) program, Pinto also serves as President of the Regional College of Computer Engineering and has been a local deputy in Guarda since October 2021. An active participant in the Fortinet instructor program, Pinto leads the Guarda Runners club and holds advanced degrees in Mobile Computing and Informatics from Politécnico da Guarda.
