Ilanna Lins is a mid-level UI/UX designer currently working at Centro de Inovação EDGE since May 2023, where responsibilities include leading the design process, creating screens in Figma, conducting user interviews, and developing prototypes. Previously, Ilanna held the position of product designer at Weni by VTEX from March 2019 to April 2023, managing the design process for a module of their intelligent chatbot platform. Additionally, Ilanna served as an HR Business Partner at Gente e Gestão, focusing on establishing a strategic people department and managing talent development and recruitment processes. Ilanna also gained experience as a UI designer at Headline in 2022, redesigning an internal control platform. Currently pursuing a degree in system analysis and development at Estácio, Ilanna holds a previous degree from Universidade Federal de Alagoas.
