Zarin Keydar currently serves as the Head of Global Customer Success at Centrica, a position held since January 2017. Prior to this role, Zarin was with Panoramic Power from April 2014 to January 2017 as the Manager of Insights Operations, Delivery and Analytics and previously held the title of Senior Project Manager. Zarin's experience also includes a Senior Project Manager role at PSC Biotech, focusing on TrackWise implementation projects and quality process redesign from May 2012 to April 2014. Zarin's earlier career includes serving as the Global IT Manager at Roche Pharmaceuticals from January 2005 to September 2011, where a TrackWise Global Center of Excellence was established under Zarin's leadership. Zarin began a career in systems analysis at Sparta Systems, Inc. from January 1998 to January 2005. Zarin holds an MBA in Information Systems and a BS in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Microcomputers from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
