Will Webster is an experienced professional in regulatory economics and energy policy, currently serving as the Head of Regulatory Economics at Centrica since February 2023. Prior to this role, Will held the position of Energy Policy Manager at Offshore Energies UK from October 2017 to February 2023. Will's extensive background includes leadership roles such as Head of Competition and Markets at the Civil Aviation Authority and Head of EU Power Market Design and Regulation at RWE Supply and Trading, where interactions with government officials promoted competition in energy markets. Will also worked with the European Commission on the internal energy market and the Third Energy Package. Earlier experiences include serving as an Economic Advisor and Team Leader at Ofwat and various economist positions at the Department of Trade and Industry. Will holds a BA Hons in Economics from the University of Cambridge and an MA in European Economic Studies from the College of Europe.
