Rebecca Oakes (Dewsnap) is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in people consultancy, project management, and operational leadership. Currently serving as a Senior People Consultant and Senior Colleague Experience Manager at Centrica since January 2020, Rebecca has held multiple roles including Senior Project Manager.
