Tim Headley is an experienced professional in the fields of leadership development and learning within the retail industry. Currently serving as Senior Director at Centric Brands since June 2022, Tim has previously held various leadership roles at Macy's from October 2007 to April 2022, including Vice President of Leadership Development and Vice President of Learning & Development and Talent Management. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Manager of Learning & Development at Gap Inc. from 1998 to 2007 and as Sales Manager/Executive Trainee at Sears from June 1995 to March 1998. Tim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, earned between 1990 and 1995.
