Kellie Crane has a diverse work experience starting from 2003. Kellie has held various roles in different companies. From 2003 to 2011, they worked at Hudson's Bay Company as a Buyer/Planner and later as a Planning Manager, responsible for planning functions and managing an annual sales budget. In 2013, they joined The Jones Group Inc. as the Director of Wholesale Planning, where they served until 2015. In 2015, they worked at PVH Corp. as the Senior Director of Planning for a short period before joining Sears Canada as the VP Planning Apparel & Accessories. Kellie then moved on to Global Brands Group Canada as the VP Sales for Women's Apparel, Accessories & Footwear, where they worked until 2018. Currently, they hold the position of VP Sales & Merchandising at Centric Brands.

Kellie Crane completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree at McMaster University from 1998 to 2003.
