Tierra Howell has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Tierra has recently worked as a Behavioral Health Technician at Centria Healthcare and Butterfly Effects, starting in 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Direct Support Professional at Mosaic in 2021. From 2017 to 2019, Tierra worked as a Dietary Aide at Pleasant View Lodge, where they were responsible for assessing patients' needs, preparing and serving food, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas. In 2018, they also served as a Direct Care Staff at Arc of Vigo County, providing assistance with daily living tasks and home management. In 2017, Tierra gained experience in customer service and sales roles at Macy's, where they handled incoming calls and addressed customer inquiries. Additionally, they worked as a YMCA School Age Child Care Counselor at YMCA, conducting recreational and educational activities and ensuring the health and safety of students. Prior to that, they worked as a material handler at TRG in 2016, and as a sales associate/cashier/stocker at Walmart and Sears in 2015.

Tierra Howell obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Indiana State University from 2015 to 2019. In August 2018, they also obtained a certification in CPR & First Aid from First Aid Training.
