Tianna Lossing has a diverse work experience in healthcare. Tianna started their career at Saint Mary's Hospital in 2007 as a Phlebotomist, where they worked in outpatient labs and the hospital. Tianna then worked as a Home Health Aid at Advisa Care Staffing from 2007 to 2010. In 2009, they joined Diversified Medical Staffing as a Medical Assistant and Phlebotomist, providing care in office settings and skilled nursing facilities until 2013. Tianna also worked at Catherine's Health Center from 2015 to 2016 as a Medical Assistant. Their most recent role was at Centria Healthcare as a Behavioral Health Technician since 2017. Prior to that, they worked at Here To Help Home Care as a Personal Care Assistant from 2014 to 2017.

Tianna Lossing's education history includes three main educational experiences.

In 2003, they attended Walker Medical and obtained a certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant.

From 2004 to 2005, they attended Everest Institute-Grand Rapids and obtained a Medical Assistant Diploma with a field of study in Medical/Clinical Assistant.

In 2007, they briefly attended Owens Community College with a field of study in Nursing Science, although they did not obtain a degree.

Additionally, in October 2020, Tianna received certification in CPR/AED/First Aid from the American Red Cross.
