Holly Brown has a diverse work experience that includes roles as Trans Health Team Lead at Centretown Community Health Centre, Implementation Specialist at Holly Brown Consulting, Chair of the Quality Committee and Member of the Board of Directors at Winchester District Memorial Hospital, Founder of Rainbow Union, Dundas and Greville, Founder and Chairperson of Kemptville Pride, Coordonatrice de projet communautaire at Lowertown Community Resource Centre, Communications and Outreach Coordinator - Intern at a Member of Parliament's office, and Crisis Counselor at YWCA Genevra House.
Holly Brown obtained a Master of Arts in Communication and Culture from York University during the years 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2007, they earned a Double Bachelor of Honours Arts Degree, majoring in Gender Equality & Social Justice and Religion and Culture, from Nipissing University.
