Kashika Arora PhD is a Senior Research Fellow at the Centre for WTO Studies since July 2023, with a strong background in international economics and trade research. Previously, Kashika served as a Consultant at the Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce and Industry from January 2022 to August 2023, and as a Research Associate at the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) from January 2018 to December 2021. Early career includes roles as Research Associate at the Ministry of Commerce & Industry and Research Assistant at the Research and Information System For Developing Countries. The academic background includes a Ph.D. in International Economics from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, a Master’s Degree in Applied Economics from the Centre for Development Studies, Trivandrum, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Atma Ram Sanatan Dharma College, Delhi University.
