Agata Gajda is an experienced consultant and facilitator currently working at the Centre for Humanitarian Leadership since March 2023, co-facilitating the Crisis Leadership Program aimed at first-line responders. Previously, Gajda held roles at MIM UW and Fundacja Rozwoju Informatyki where responsibilities included spearheading donor relations, implementing fundraising strategies, and organizing the first Alumni Reunion. With a strong background in project management and community development, Gajda has managed various leadership programs and initiatives at Fundacja Szkoła Liderów and Centrum Wspierania Aktywności Lokalnej CAL. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Museum Cultures from Birkbeck, University of London, and multiple degrees in Philosophy, Art History, Culture Marketing, and Education from the University of Warsaw and other institutions.
