David Rishel is currently the Executive Director/CEO at Centre Area Transportation Authority (CATA), overseeing the #3 transit system in PA. With extensive experience in the transportation industry, specifically in accessible transportation and ADA compliance, David has held various leadership roles in companies such as Delta Services Group, Inc., SAIC, and NJ Transit. David also has a background in the US Navy Reserve and holds a BS in Public Service from Penn State University.
