Nicole Romano has extensive experience in donor engagement and development within the nonprofit sector, currently serving as the Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations at CentraState Healthcare System since January 2012. Prior roles at CentraState include Manager of Donor Engagement, Special Events Coordinator, and Development Coordinator. Additionally, Nicole held the position of Fund Development Specialist for the Girl Scouts of Central and Southern NJ from April 2009 to January 2012 and served as Social Media Manager at The Life Raft Group from October 2007 to October 2009. Nicole graduated with a BA in History from Montclair State University and has a background in education from Rutgers University and Jonathan Dayton High School.
