Tze Kwan Lau is currently the R&D Project Manager at Central Test. With a background in Psychology from the University of Portsmouth, Tze Kwan has experience in research and development in psychometrics. Prior to joining Central Test, Tze Kwan was an R&D Intern at the British Heart Foundation, where they gained valuable work experience in administration and customer service. Additionally, Tze Kwan has experience as a Teaching Assistant at Widmer End Community Combined School, demonstrating strong organizational and communication skills.
