Pooja is an Associate Project Director in the Government Projects team at CSF where her work entails leading the assessment programs related to foundational literacy and numeracy towards improving the quality of measuring learning outcomes for both State and National level assessments. Prior to CSF, Pooja has conducted assessment training and capacity-building sessions for education stakeholders at the State and National levels with 15 years of experience in leading student assessment and measurement projects for government, national civil society organizations, NGOs, and agencies. She holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Psychology from Delhi University and has completed the education research and measurement graduate program at the University of Illinois, Chicago. In her free time, she loves to do origami, wall murals, and travel with her camera.
