Tom Donofrio has a diverse work experience. Tom started their career at Raytheon in 1983, where they worked in test engineering until 1991. Following their time at Raytheon, they joined Susco Electronics Inc in 1991 as a Product and Marketing Manager, a position they held until 2000. In 2000, they joined Central Semiconductor Corp as a Marketing Manager and was later promoted to the Director of Marketing position in 2016. Currently, they serve as the Director of Marketing and Sales Operations at Central Semiconductor Corp.

Tom Donofrio attended Dowling College from 1987 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Technology Marketing and Management.
