Markella Kefallonitou, MSc, is a highly experienced Pilates instructor and dance educator with a robust background in movement science and education. Currently serving as a Pilates Instructor at the Central School of Ballet and The Royal Ballet School since 2018, Markella also contributes as a BASI Pilates Faculty member. The professional journey includes pivotal roles at The Pilates Clinic, Chloe Aliyanni Dance, and various organizations specializing in Pilates instruction. Markella's educational accomplishments include a Master's degree in Dance Science from Trinity Laban and multiple certifications in Pilates and dance methodologies, enriching expertise in biomechanics, nutrition, and somatics.
