McLain Rhoads is an experienced professional in the field of behavior analysis and implementation management. Currently serving as a Clinical Implementation Coordinator at CentralReach since November 2021, McLain previously held the position of Implementation Project Manager at Office Practicum and worked as a Clinical Supervisor at BlueSprig. Additionally, McLain has experience as Operations Director at CLASS TULSA, LLC and as a Registered Behavior Technician at Lubbock Autism Academy at Caprock Behavioral Solutions. McLain holds a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University and a Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Oklahoma State University.
