Marcia Colson has extensive experience in higher education, holding various progressive roles at Central Piedmont Community College since August 2004, including Associate Vice President for Workforce & Business Development and Associate Dean for Business and Accounting. Prior to their tenure at Central Piedmont, Marcia worked as a Marketing Manager at Ryland Homes and as a Marketing Coordinator at K. Hovnanian Homes. Marcia's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from UNC Charlotte Belk College of Business, an MBA from Winthrop University, and additional education in Community College Instruction from East Carolina University.
