Kanitha Wangpol is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Head of Organization Development and Transformation at Central Pattana (CPN) since April 2020. Responsibilities include overseeing learning and development, change management, culture development, and performance management. Prior roles include Head of People Business Partnership at CPN, Talent Manager at Kimberly-Clark, HR Expert at True Corporation, and Group Organization Development Lead at Thai Union Group PCL. Kanitha holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development and Organization Development from the National Institute of Development Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Thammasat University.
