Andrew Neutzling, AICP, has a strong background in urban planning and service planning, highlighted by a progressive career at the Central Ohio Transit Authority (COTA) since May 2016, where roles have included Senior Service Planner and Service Planner. Prior experience includes positions at Worthington Libraries and the Columbus Landmarks Foundation, where significant contributions involved documenting Mid Century Modern designs and producing detailed reports. Andrew gained valuable research experience as a Planning Research Assistant at the University of Cincinnati School, focusing on the intersections of art, culture, and tourism in Indonesia. Educational achievements include a Master’s degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Urban Planning from the University of Cincinnati.
