Cheryl Rae Gonzalez is an experienced professional in higher education and management, currently serving as the Associate Director of Online Student Services at Central Michigan University since February 2014. Cheryl has held various roles at the university, including Assistant Director of Enrollment/Online Cohorts, Coordinator for Global Campus, and Executive Secretary for the Center for Inclusion & Diversity, where responsibilities ranged from student engagement and record maintenance to ensuring compliance with financial processes. Prior to university roles, Cheryl worked as a District Manager for Xpresscash Management, overseeing staffing and operational integrity, and held positions as Store Manager at Check & Cash, USA, Partnered Staffing Supervisor at Kelly, Area Supervisor/Training Director at Rudoni Management, and Assistant Manager at Rigel, Inc. Cheryl holds a Doctor of Educational Technology, a Master of Science in Administration with a focus on Leadership, and a Bachelor’s degree in Integrated Leadership Studies with a specialization in Public Sector Leadership, all from Central Michigan University.
