Josette Robinson is a seasoned professional in community leadership and philanthropy, currently serving as the Senior Community Leadership Officer at Central Indiana Community Foundation since May 2018. In this role, Josette leads strategic grantmaking initiatives centered on racial equity and community impact, while also enhancing the infrastructure of grassroots nonprofit organizations. Previously, Josette held the position of Community Leadership Officer at Ivy Tech Foundation Inc. and worked as a Grant Research Assistant, where comprehensive research in philanthropy guided evidence-based practices. Josette's early career includes roles in logistics and residential management, equipping their with diverse operational skills. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Ivy Tech Community College.
