Kader Omar currently serves as the Regional Recruitment Manager at Central Health NL since July 2022, having previously held the role of Staffing Coordinator. Prior to this, Kader was the General Manager at GFT: Gander Flight Training from November 2017 to November 2018. Kader also contributed significantly to Corona College as the VP of Business Development and Marketing from April 2003 to November 2017, where responsibilities included executing business plans and identifying market opportunities. Additionally, Kader was the President of the Mine Safety Training Institute from January 2013 to April 2015, focusing on strategy, finance, management, fundraising, and program delivery. Kader holds a 3 Years Diploma in Business Management/Human Resource Management from the College of the North Atlantic.
