Mr. Brown has served as Chairman of the Board of the Company from 1980 until February 2018 and since September 2019 and as Chief Executive Officer from 1980 to 2003 and from 2007 to 2013.

Mr. Brown founded the company and has extensive management and leadership experience and deep knowledge of the lawn & garden and pet supplies industries and the financial and operational issues faced by the Company.
