Courtnee Chun is an experienced executive with a strong background in finance and corporate governance. Currently serving as an Independent Director at Central Garden & Pet since February 2021, Courtnee is a member of both the Investment Committee and Audit Committee. Previously, Courtnee held significant roles at Liberty Media from February 2008 to January 2024, including Chief Portfolio Officer, Senior Advisor, and Senior Vice President of Investor Relations across various divisions such as Formula One Group and Liberty SiriusXM. Additional board experience includes directorships at LendingTree, Expedia, and HSN, alongside previous leadership roles at Level 3 Communications, New Global Telecom, Verado/FirstWorld Communications, and JP Morgan. Courtnee holds a BA in Economics and Math from Claremont McKenna College and is a graduate of Punahou School.
