Ajay Gajria has over 20 years of experience in the pet care industry. AJAY began their career as a Technical Director at TFH Publications/Nylabone Products in 1994, where they worked until 2011. In 2012, they joined Central Garden & Pet as a Senior Technical Director of Innovation. AJAY later held the positions of Vice President of Global R&D and Senior Vice President of Global R&D and Procurement for Nylabone, Four Paws, and IMS. As of the latest update, Ajay Gajria is still working at Central Garden & Pet.

Ajay Gajria obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Polymer Engineering from Maharashtra Institute of Technology, where they studied from 1988 to 1992. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Plastics Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell from 1992 to 1994.
