Joel Stegen is a Mobile Health Provider and Primary Care Provider at Central City Concern since August 2021. Previously, Joel served as a Family Medicine Physician Assistant at UW Neighborhood Clinic South Lake Union from June 2017 to June 2021 and completed a Physician Assistant training program at the University of Washington from June 2014 to June 2017. Joel's earlier roles include HIV/AIDS Care Coordinator/Case Manager at San Diego American Indian Health Center, Behavioral Intervention Specialist/Group Facilitator at Jewish Family Service of San Diego, Health Educator/HIV Test Counselor at Family Health Centers of San Diego, and various positions in IT and consulting roles. Joel holds a Master of Clinical Health Services degree from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from San Diego State University, along with an Associate of Science in Behavioral Health Science.
