Adi Katzav has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as a People Analyst at Central Bottling Company Israel Ltd since April 2024. Previously, Adi worked at Mercantile Discount Bank Ltd. from December 2015 to April 2024, holding roles as a Human Resources Analyst and Organizational Development & Training Specialist, where responsibilities included HR data analysis, performance evaluation processes, and talent management. Prior experiences include serving as an Organizational Consultant at SIGO Consultants Ltd., conducting organizational diagnostics, and contributing to governmental HR development processes. Adi's academic background includes an MBA in Organizational Behavior with a consulting specialty and a BA in Psychology and Business Administration from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
