Samson Ghazaryan has over two decades of experience in the financial sector, primarily with the Central Bank of Armenia. Since August 1994, Samson has served as a Project Manager and has held the position of Head of Payment System Regulation and Development within the Financial System Development Centre. From 1995 to 2015, Samson was also the Head of Payment System Regulation at the Central Bank of Armenia, overseeing crucial regulatory aspects of payment systems during that tenure.
