Martin Galstyan serves as the Governor, Board Member, and Director of Research and Training at the Central Bank of Armenia since February 2014. Additionally, Martin Galstyan is a Visiting Lecturer at the American University of Armenia, teaching "Microeconomics of Competitiveness" in affiliation with Harvard Business School since September 2010. Martin Galstyan holds a Master of Public Administration in Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School, earned in 2010.
