Joe Gaylord is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in law enforcement and management. Since September 2010, Joe has served as the manager of the Protective Services Unit at Central Arizona Project. Prior to this role, Joe held the position of Assistant Chief at Chandler Police Department from November 1982 to September 2010, where responsibilities included managing multiple units and overseeing significant projects such as the construction of police facilities and upgrading communication systems. Joe holds a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Northern Arizona University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix.
