Andrés Elias is an experienced project manager and procurement officer currently working at Banco Centroamericano de Integración Económica (BCIE) since June 2020, focusing on procurement processes for large-scale projects, including a networking refresh for AT&T. Prior experience includes roles as a freelance consultant, project manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and various managerial positions at Ericsson, where responsibilities encompassed customer support services, contract fulfillment, and managing field engineers. Andrés has a strong engineering background, having worked as a consultant electrical engineer, project and production engineer at REMEC, and completing a Master of Computer Applications at Tecnológico de Costa Rica and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering at Universidad Autónoma de Centro América.
