Steven Burton, AIC, SCLA, AIM, is an accomplished adjuster with extensive experience in liability claims management. Since September 2012, Steven has been self-employed, providing expert claims adjusting services. Prior to this, Steven served as Claims Manager at Auto-Owners Insurance Company in Little Rock, AR, where the opening and staffing of the only claims office in the state were overseen, along with managing statewide claims operations and a team of seven. Previously in East Tennessee, Steven held the same title, managing claims operations and staff performance while fostering relationships with independent agents and insurance departments. Steven's career at Auto-Owners Insurance also included roles as Senior Claims Examiner and Field Claims Representative, coupled with a foundational entry-level position as Branch Claim Representative. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Central Michigan University.
