Kristian Medri has a diverse work experience across various financial institutions. Kristian started their career at State Street Bank and Trust Company as a Trade Settlements Administrator from September 2007 to November 2009. Kristian then joined Estonian Credit Union as a Commercial Loans Officer from November 2009 to January 2012. Currently, they are employed at Central 1 Credit Union, where they have held two roles, starting as a Regional Manager for Commercial Real Estate Lending from July 2013 to August 2017, and then transitioning to the position of Director for Commercial Real Estate Lending from September 2017 to the present.

Kristian Medri completed their Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies (BMOS) degree in Management and Finance at Western University from 2002 to 2006. Later on, they pursued an MBA in Business Administration from Ivey Business School at Western University, which was completed in 2013.
