Lucas Pinz currently serves as the Director of Centers of Excellence for AI, IIoT, Hyperautomation, Digital Platforms, Data, and Robotics at Eletrobras since December 2023. Previously held the role of Director of Strategy, Innovation, Digital Labs, and New Business Development at Energisa from October 2020 to December 2023, overseeing long-term strategy, research and development, and business M&A. Lucas was an Expert Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, focusing on IoT Practice and Industry 4.0 from November 2018 to October 2020. Earlier experience includes positions at Logicalis Brasil, ranging from Technology Director for Digital Transformation and IoT to Executive Account Manager. Academically, Lucas holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA in Data Science and Analytics from USP/Esalq, and an Advanced Executive Certification from MIT Sloan School of Management.
