Arjan Schieven is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Head of IT Infrastructure at Centraal Orgaan opvang asielzoekers (COA) since November 2024, previous positions include Head of Information Technology at Naturalis Biodiversity Center and ICT Delivery Manager at PGB Pensioendiensten. Arjan has also held key roles as General Manager at Systonics B.V. and Business Unit Manager at @Valley Services. Earlier career highlights include Manager IT-Infrastructure at MN and Director IT Infrastructure Services Benelux at Cognizant Technology Solutions. With a strong foundation in management and engineering, Arjan holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Nyenrode Business University and a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Twente, complemented by education at INSEAD.
