Jon Bucheri has extensive work experience in the healthcare and benefits industry. Jon is currently working as the Director of Market Strategy at Centivo since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Mercer for eight years starting from February 2013, where they held the position of Principal - Health and Benefits. Before joining Mercer, Jon worked at Aon Hewitt for three years, from April 2008 to February 2011, initially as a Healthcare and Benefits Consultant and later as a Special Risk Broker. Jon also worked as a Medical Underwriter at Aetna from July 2005 to April 2008. Jon's career started at The Vanguard Group, where they worked for six months in 2005 in the role of Brokerage Services.

Jon Bucheri received their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Arizona in 2004.
