Alex U. has a diverse work experience background starting as an Intern at Health Improvement Collaborative in 2008. From there, Alex held positions at Global Novations, Archbishop Moeller High School, Epic, Synensys, Piedmont Healthcare, Color, and currently works as the Director of Strategic Account Management at CenterX. Roles held include Consultant, Assistant Lacrosse Coach, Project Management/Implementation Consultant, Analytics Consultant, Senior Improvement Consultant, Manager of Patient Safety, Operational Excellence Manager, and now Director, all in various healthcare-related fields.

Alex U. earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Business Leadership from the University of Dayton in 2009. Later, from 2009 to 2011, Alex completed a Master of Arts in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Xavier University. In addition to these degrees, Alex obtained various certifications over the years, including becoming a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner in 2021.
