Pauline Lavaud is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as a Managing Director at Centerview Partners since September 2012, Pauline has held various roles including Principal and M&A Associate, focusing on the Consumer and Retail sector. Prior experience includes contributions at Rothschild, where Pauline produced M&A pitch books and built valuation models, and further roles at KANUPA, Ernst & Young, and SOCIETEX, where Pauline engaged in strategic analysis, auditing, and target identification for M&A processes. Educational credentials include advanced studies at ESSEC Business School and ESSCA Business School Paris, complemented by a semester at Concordia University.
