Grace Ly is a legal professional with significant experience in private equity and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Counsel at Centerview Partners since April 2022, Grace previously worked as a Private Equity and M&A Associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP from September 2017 to April 2022, where involvement included the representation of public and private companies in various transactional matters. Grace interned at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission as part of the Student Honors Program in early 2017 and gained additional experience as a Summer Associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP in 2016. Grace holds a Juris Doctor degree from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from UCLA.
