Patrick Wilson, CFA has a strong background in global real estate securities with a focus on domestic coverage including office, life science/biotech, data centers, towers, and timber. Patrick has had experience in Brazil and Mexico. Wilson has held positions as a Portfolio Manager, Assistant Portfolio Manager, Senior Analyst, and Acquisitions Analyst - Latin America among others. Patrick holds a Master of Science in Finance from Villanova University and has studied abroad in Chile.
