Laura Anderson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in safety strategy, quality program management, and customer service. Currently serving as the Director of Safety Strategy and Optimization at CenterPoint Energy since February 2019, Laura previously held positions including Manager of Quality Program Management at the same company and Technical Training Supervisor at Vectren. Prior experience includes roles at Mead Johnson Nutrition, where Laura led teams in customer service and training, significantly enhancing communication and performance within the department. Laura holds a Master of Science in Learning Design & Technology from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Science in Public Policy and Environmental Science from Indiana University Bloomington.
