Bertha Villatoro, PHR, CCP, MBA, serves as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at CenterPoint Energy, a role held since July 2015, where previous titles included Vice President roles in Talent Management and Total Rewards & HRIT, as well as Director of Compensation & HRIT and Compensation Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Compensation Specialist at Kinder Morgan from 2012 to 2015, focusing on compensation support for the CO2 (Upstream) and Gas Pipes Business Units, and various roles at El Paso Corporation from 2006 to 2012, culminating as Principal HR Analyst. Bertha earned an MBA from Rice University's Jones Graduate School of Business and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Texas A&M University.
