Alicia Huguelet is a seasoned policy analyst and director with extensive experience in public policy and program improvement, particularly in the context of health and human services. Currently, Alicia serves as a Senior Policy Analyst at the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities since May 2022. Previous roles include Senior Director of Transformation and Director of Transformation at the Iowa Primary Care Association, and Senior Director of Public Policy at the Greater Chicago Food Depository. Alicia has significant expertise in implementing systemic changes, as demonstrated by the leadership of the Illinois Department of Human Servicesā Work Support Strategies project. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Health and a Master of Social Work from the University of Minnesota, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of Iowa.
