Teghan Duhigg, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at COCA - Center of Creative Arts since October 2022, where a commitment to enriching lives through the arts has been upheld for over 35 years. Prior to this role, Duhigg worked as a Recruiting Consultant at Stivers from April 2022 to October 2022, specializing in aligning job seekers with suitable employment opportunities. Duhigg's earlier experience includes positions as a Senior Billing Representative and Billing Representative at Chubb from April 2018 to March 2021. Duhigg holds a Master's Certificate in Talent Management from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, completed in 2015.
