Kayla Orr is the Intact Family Services Coordinator at The Center for Youth and Family Solutions. Kayla has previous experience working as a Shelter Intern at Hope of East Central Illinois, where they were responsible for the 24-hour crisis hotline, intakes and orientations for new clients, goal-planning with clients, and case management. Kayla was also a Probation Intern at Coles County Court Services, where they assisted with home, school, and office visits, and logged information into the Justice Information Management System (JIMS). Kayla has received domestic violence training and is certified in Electronic Control Devices (TASER).
Kayla Orr has a Master of Social Work from Aurora University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Eastern Illinois University. Kayla is also certified by the Department of Children and Family Services in Child Endangerment Risk Assessment Protocol (CERAP), Child Welfare Employee License (CWEL), and Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS).
They work with Heather Goff - Director, Family-Centered Foster Care, and Intact Services, Monica Kindig - Associate Director, Family-Centered Foster Care, & Intact Services, and Carmen Close - Regional Coordinator, Family-Centered Foster Care & Intact Services. Their manager is Desiree Silva, Executive Director of Child Welfare.
