Jessica Chittaphong is an experienced professional in product management and research, currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at the Center for the Collaborative Classroom since September 2021. Prior to this role, Jessica was a Senior Research Associate and Project Coordinator II at WestEd from January 2017 to December 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing data system development and user interface design. Jessica's career also includes positions as a Program Associate and Americorps VISTA at AnewAmerica Community Corporation, a Development Associate at Central Valley Business Incubator, and an IDEX Fellow at Babajob.com, among others. Jessica holds a Master of Science in Global History from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Global Studies from the University of the Pacific, complemented by various certificates and exchange programs enhancing expertise in resource development and language.
